ELHOD EPC Ltd. is an enterprise and project management company for industry, energy, construction and agriculture. The company provides project management services as a one-stop-shop, enabling customers to continue their activities without having to mobilize organizational resources for the project.

In 2017 ELHOD is focused on industry and is working on the construction of 15 new and expanding plants, on land for industrial use of over 75,000 sqm. ELHOD is managed according to the principles of Lean Management This lean management system focuses the customer's resources directly to the enterprise, and gives ELHOD the ability to avoid passing on unnecessary costs to the customer. The ELHOD team consists of six employees in the fields of: civil engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering and management, economics, and agronomy.

• Conversion and adaptation of international planning to local standards; management, supervision for global companies carrying out international projects in Israel and vice versa.

• Feasibility studies and techno-economic projects.

• Preparation of plans for submission for support grants, financing and land allocations from government ministries.

• Management of tenders, procurement and contracting with consultants, planners, suppliers and contractors.

ELHOD was founded by Mr. Ohad Hod, who has 20 years of senior management experience in the public and private sector as well as in the development and management of large-scale global projects.
